Steve Turner
Owner/Master Instrument Designer/Artist & Drum Circle Facilitator
Steve Turner has been facilitating drum-circles in various settings for 11 years, from large festivals around the United States to private one on one instruction. His passion for playing the drum is matched only by his love for empowering others to discover the magic of drumming. Steve also has been making West African style drums for 14 years, giving him indepth knowledge of the history and significance of the drum.

Laurel Turner
Owner/Operations/Consultant
Laurel is Steve's wife and has been an integral part in the operations of Giving Tree Music, Inc. When not working with Steve she is busy homeschooling and being the proud Mama of their two children, Rhythm and Sequoia. In her 'spare' time she runs her own photography business, Laurel Turner Photography

Elise Quinn
Drum Heading Goddess
Elise has been heading and tuning drums for Giving Tree Music since 2004, and enjoys being a part of the production of such a beautiful product. She has her Bachelor of Arts in Visual Arts majoring in Ceramics from the University of Ballarat, her hometown in Victoria, Australia. In her spare time she also enjoys making glass jewelry and beads. Elise and her husband Adam (the madpiper in Steve's Celtic Fusion band, Lucid Druid ) live in Clearwater next door to Steve and Laurel (divine providence?).

Lauren Shancey-Jack
Graphic Design
Living an over-caffeinated life, Lauren works for Giving Tree Music in the realm of Marketing, Promotional Materials and Web Design. A Graduate of Arts from Flagler College (St. Augustine, Florida) Lauren now lives in Ormond Beach with her best friend/husband, daughter, cat, fish and djembe; and runs a Graphic Design Business, Ezal Design Group . In her spare time, Lauren re-caffeinates.
